Before the event, make sure you have registered online at Rotateadate.com and prepaid.

Please arrive on the appointed time! Upon arrival, check in. Your host will sign you in and give you your name tag, contact card, drink ticket and prize ticket.

Have a drink at the bar and/or strike up a conversation with others arriving at the event. This will give you a chance to relax and get your bearings before the event starts.

The host will give a brief introduction to Rotateadate. Each date lasts for 8 minutes. Try to learn enough about the person so you can decide if you'd like to have another date. On your contact card you'll indicate the name of the person you’re interested in seeing again.

A bell will sound to indicate the end of each date. Take a moment to fill out your card. All the men will then proceed to the next table during the first half of the event. The women take their turn on moving to the next table after the break.

To keep the event comfortable and low pressure for everyone: please don't ask anyone for their phone number, last name, or for a date. Please be polite and respectful. Even if you're not interested romantically, you will have more fun at the event if you approach each conversation with an open mind.

After the first half of the event, there will be a 20-minute break. Complimentary appetizers will be served. The intermission is a great time to mingle.

At the end of the event, there will be a draw for prizes. Also, please give your contact card to your host. Rotateadate will contact you within 48 hours and will let you know if you have a match! If there is mutual interest shown between two people, that is considered a match. Rotateadate will then provide you the contact information (either phone number and/or email) of the person that you have a match with! If you don’t have a match that evening, we hope you come back to Rotateadate for another try and another evening of fun!
